Chapter 223 - Governor
NRS 223.470 - "State agency" defined. [Effective July 1, 2022.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 223.470 (2022)
"State agency" means an agency, bureau, board, commission, department, division or any other unit of government of the State Government.
