Chapter 218H - Lobbying
NRS 218H.092 - "Member of the Legislator’s household" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 218H.092 (2022)
"Member of the Legislator’s household" means a person who is a member of the Legislator’s household for the purposes of the Nevada Financial Disclosure Act in NRS 281.5555 to 281.581, inclusive.
