2022 Nevada Revised Statutes
Chapter 212 - Offenses Relating to Prisons and Prisoners
NRS 212.139 - "Volunteer" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 212.139 (2022)
"Volunteer" means a person who donates his or her time and effort on a recurring basis to a prison to enhance the activities and programs of the prison.
