Chapter 155 - Notices, Transfers, Orders, Procedure and Appeals
NRS 155.0939 - "Health and social services" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 155.0939 (2022)
"Health and social services" means services provided to a dependent adult because of his or her dependent condition, including, without limitation, the administration of medicine, medical testing, wound care, assistance with hygiene, companionship, housekeeping, shopping, cooking or assistance with finances.
