Chapter 123 - Rights of Married Couples
NRS 123.170 - Each spouse controls own separate property.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 123.170 (2022)
Either spouse may, without the consent of the other spouse, convey, charge, encumber or otherwise in any manner dispose of his or her separate property.
