Chapter 123 - Rights of Married Couples
NRS 123.020 - Curtesy and dower not allowed.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 123.020 (2022)
No estate is allowed one spouse as tenant by curtesy upon the death of his or her spouse, nor is any estate in dower allotted to the other spouse upon the death of his or her spouse.
