Chapter 100 - Special Relations of Debtor and Creditor; Suretyship
NRS 100.143 - Blank space for essential provisions prohibited.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 100.143 (2022)
The lessor shall not obtain the signature of the lessee to any consumer vehicle lease when it contains blank spaces of items which are essential provisions of the transaction.
