Chapter 682A - Investments
NRS 682A.103 - "Income" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 682A.103 (2021)
"Income" means, as to a security, interest, accrual of discount, dividends or other distributions, including, without limitation, rights, tax or assessment credits, warrants and distributions in kind.
