Chapter 645F - Mortgage Lending and Related Professions
NRS 645F.160 - Commissioner: Prohibition on having interest in regulated entity or engaging in business as personal loan broker. [Effective through December 31, 2019.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 645F.160 (2021)
The Commissioner shall not, either directly or indirectly, be interested in any mortgage servicer, escrow agency, mortgage broker or mortgage banker to which this chapter and chapters 645A, 645B and 645E of NRS apply, nor engage in business as a personal loan broker.
