Chapter 598 - Deceptive Trade Practices
NRS 598.9702 - "Consumer" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598.9702 (2021)
"Consumer" means:
1. A retail buyer who purchases a motor vehicle; or
2. A long-term lessee who leases a motor vehicle,
primarily for personal, family or household use.
