Chapter 482 - Motor Vehicles and Trailers: Licensing, Registration, Sales and Leases
NRS 482.0152 - "Combined gross vehicle weight" defined. [Effective on the earlier of July 1, 2020, or the date on which the Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles notifies the Governor and the Director of the Legislative Counsel Bureau that sufficient resources are available to enable the Department to carry out the provisions of chapter 180, Statutes of Nevada 2017, at page 971.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 482.0152 (2021)
"Combined gross vehicle weight" means the actual weight of a commercial motor vehicle, including any load the vehicle is carrying, combined with the actual weight of any trailer or load the vehicle is towing.
