Chapter 233A - Indian Affairs
NRS 233A.340 - Petty cash account; change account.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 233A.340 (2021)
The Museum Director may establish:
1. A petty cash account for the Museum in an amount not to exceed $500. Reimbursement of the money in the petty cash account must be made from appropriated money paid out on claims as other claims against the State are paid.
2. A change account for the Museum stores for the sale of gifts and souvenirs in an amount not to exceed $1,500.
