Chapter 41 - Actions and Proceedings in Particular Cases Concerning Persons
NRS 41.820 - "COVID-19" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 41.820 (2020)
"COVID-19" means:
1. The novel coronavirus identified as SARS-CoV-2;
2. Any mutation of the novel coronavirus identified as SARS-CoV-2; or
3. A disease or health condition caused by the novel coronavirus identified as SARS-CoV-2.
