Chapter 392 - Pupils
NRS 392.46428 - "Staff member" defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 392.46428 (2020)
"Staff member" means a person employed by a school district or public school to supervise any other premises of a public school, an activity that is part of a program of a public school or the transportation provided to pupils by the school district or public school.
