NRS 33.670 - Penalty for intentional violation of order. [Effective January 1, 2020.]
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 33.670 (2019)
A person who intentionally violates an ex parte or extended order is, unless a more severe penalty is prescribed by law for the act that constitutes the violation of the order, guilty of a misdemeanor.
