Chapter 694C - Captive Insurers
NRS 694C.149 - “ State-chartered risk retention group” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 694C.149 (2017)
“State-chartered risk retention group” means any risk retention group, as defined in NRS 695E.110, that is formed in accordance with the laws of this State as an association captive insurer.
