Chapter 598 - Deceptive Trade Practices
NRS 598.0966 - Revolving account for Consumer Affairs Division: Creation; duties of Director or designee; deposits; use.

Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 598.0966 (2017)

1. There is hereby created a revolving account for the Consumer Affairs Division of the Department of Business and Industry. The account must be administered by the Director or his or her designee.

2. The Director or his or her designee shall deposit any grant of money received by the Division into the account, and any money in the account must be used solely to defray the costs and expenses of the Division.

3. The Director or his or her designee shall deposit any administrative fines received by the Division into the State General Fund.
