Chapter 453 - Controlled Substances
NRS 453.0825 - “Extraction” defined.
Universal Citation: NV Rev Stat § 453.0825 (2017)
“Extraction” means the process or act of extracting THC or CBD from marijuana, including, without limitation, pushing, pulling or drawing out THC or CBD from marijuana.
