NRS 7.175 - Compensation and expenses on new trial.

NV Rev Stat § 7.175 (2015) What's This?

For the purposes of compensation and other payments authorized by NRS 7.125 to 7.165, inclusive, an order by a court granting a new trial shall be deemed to initiate a new case.
