Chapter 696A - Motor Clubs
NRS 696A.340 - Exemptions.

NV Rev Stat § 696A.340 (2015) What's This?

This chapter does not apply to:

1. A duly authorized attorney at law acting in the usual course of his or her profession.

2. Any authorized insurer.

3. Any motor carrier association providing one or more of the services described in NRS 696A.050 to its members.
