NRS 682A.190 - Savings and share accounts.

NV Rev Stat § 682A.190 (2015) What's This?

An insurer may invest in share or savings accounts of thrift companies, credit unions or savings and loan associations, or in savings accounts of banks, and in any one such institution only to the extent that the investment is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund or a private insurer approved pursuant to NRS 677.247 or 678.755.
