NRS 640.270 - Licensing of physical therapist’s assistant licensed in another state or territory.

NV Rev Stat § 640.270 (2015) What's This?

The Board may license as a physical therapist’s assistant, without examination, on the payment of the required fee, an applicant who is licensed as a physical therapist’s assistant under the laws of another state or territory whose requirements at the date of licensure were substantially equal to the current requirements of this state.
