NRS 640.140 - Licensing of physical therapist licensed in another state or territory.

NV Rev Stat § 640.140 (2015) What's This?

The Board may, in its discretion, license as a physical therapist, without examination, on the payment of the required fee, an applicant for licensure who is a physical therapist registered under the laws of another state or territory, if the requirements for licensure of physical therapists in the state or territory in which the applicant was licensed were at the date of licensure substantially equal to the current requirements of this state.
