Chapter 624 - Contractors
NRS 624.450 - “Residential contractor” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 624.450 (2015) What's This?
“Residential contractor” means a contractor who is licensed pursuant to this chapter and who contracts with the owner of a single-family residence to perform qualified services.
