NRS 613.550 - “Credit information” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 613.550 (2015) What's This?
“Credit information” means any information that is related to credit and derived from a consumer credit report or found on a consumer credit report. The term does not include information that is not related to credit, regardless of whether it is contained in a consumer credit report.
