NRS 575.160 - Exemption from tax if less than cost of collection.

NV Rev Stat § 575.160 (2015) What's This?

If the Department determines that the amount of tax to be collected from an owner of livestock or sheep is less than the cost of collecting the tax, it may exempt that owner from the tax.
