NRS 489.155 - “Used manufactured home,” “used mobile home,” “used travel trailer,” “used manufactured building,” “used commercial coach” and “used factory-built housing” defined.

NV Rev Stat § 489.155 (2015) What's This?

“Used manufactured home,” “used mobile home,” “used travel trailer,” “used manufactured building,” “used commercial coach” or “used factory-built housing” means a manufactured home, mobile home, travel trailer, manufactured building or commercial coach or factory-built housing, respectively, which has been:

1. Sold, rented or leased and occupied before or after the sale, rental or lease; or

2. Registered with or been the subject of a certificate of title issued by the appropriate agency of authority of any other state, the District of Columbia, or any territory or possession of the United States or any foreign state, province or country.
