NRS 453.098 - “Narcotic addict” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 453.098 (2015) What's This?
“Narcotic addict” means a person of any age who has developed a compulsion to continue taking or who has developed a psychic or physical dependence on the effects of a narcotic drug.
