NRS 453.085 - “Hospital” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 453.085 (2015) What's This?
“Hospital” means any facility which is licensed by the Department as a hospital and which provides care and treatment of human illness or other abnormal physical or mental conditions on an inpatient basis, including any such facility operated by this State or a political subdivision of this State.
