NRS 449.776 - Aversive intervention: Prohibition on use.
NV Rev Stat § 449.776 (2015) What's This?
A person employed by a facility licensed pursuant to this chapter or any other person shall not use any aversive intervention on a person with a disability who is a patient at the facility.
