NRS 449.771 - “Facility” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 449.771 (2015) What's This?
“Facility” means a facility licensed pursuant to this chapter that is a psychiatric hospital or a unit of a hospital that is specifically designated to provide care and services to persons with psychiatric or developmental disabilities.
