NRS 449.622 - Recording determination of terminal condition and declaration.
NV Rev Stat § 449.622 (2015) What's This?
Upon determining that a declarant is in a terminal condition, the attending physician who knows of a declaration shall record the determination, and the terms of the declaration if not already a part of the record, in the declarant’s medical record.
