NRS 449.013 - “Independent center for emergency medical care” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 449.013 (2015) What's This?
“Independent center for emergency medical care” means a facility, structurally separate and distinct from a hospital, which provides limited services for the treatment of a medical emergency.
