Chapter 439 - Administration of Public Health
NRS 439.810 - “Patient” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 439.810 (2015) What's This?
“Patient” means a person who:
1. Is admitted to a medical facility for the purpose of receiving treatment;
2. Resides in a medical facility; or
3. Receives treatment from a provider of health care.
