NRS 360B.375 - Lease or rental of transportation equipment.
NV Rev Stat § 360B.375 (2015) What's This?
Except as otherwise provided in NRS 360B.355, the lease or rental of transportation equipment shall be deemed to take place at the location determined pursuant to NRS 360B.360.
