NRS 356.160 - Requirements for payment of warrant of county auditor.

NV Rev Stat § 356.160 (2015) What's This?

A warrant of the county auditor is a check or order of the county treasurer, and must be paid by the depository bank, credit union or savings and loan association designated thereon, if the warrant is registered and countersigned, and the bank, credit union or savings and loan association has been designated for payment thereof as provided in NRS 356.180.
