NRS 356.083 - Calls from inactive deposits; waiver of interest.
NV Rev Stat § 356.083 (2015) What's This?
Subject to the applicable contract with the depositary, the State Treasurer may call in money from inactive deposits, waiving interest thereon if required, and place it in active deposits when necessary to meet current requirements.
