NRS 240.187 - “Electronic seal” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 240.187 (2015) What's This?
“Electronic seal” means information within a notarized electronic document that includes the name, jurisdiction and expiration date of the appointment of an electronic notary public and generally includes the information required to be set forth in a mechanical stamp pursuant to NRS 240.040.
