Chapter 126 - Parentage
NRS 126.590 - “Intended parent” defined.
NV Rev Stat § 126.590 (2015) What's This?
“Intended parent” means a person, married or unmarried, who manifests the intent as provided in NRS 126.500 to 126.810, inclusive, to be legally bound as the parent of a child resulting from assisted reproduction.
