NRS 82.511 - Abatement of actions against receivers.
NV Rev Stat § 82.511 (2014) What's This?
No action against a receiver of a corporation abates by reason of the receiver s death, but, upon suggestion of the facts on the record, must be continued against the receiver s successor, or against the corporation in case no new receiver be appointed.
