NRS 82.341 - Waiver of notice.
NV Rev Stat § 82.341 (2014) What's This?
Whenever any notice is required to be given under the provisions of this chapter, a waiver thereof in writing, signed by the person or persons entitled to the notice, whether before or after the time stated therein, is equivalent thereto.
