NRS 81.610 - Private foundation defined.

NV Rev Stat § 81.610 (2014) What's This?

Private foundation is any nonprofit corporation, association, foundation, or other charitable entity formed pursuant to the laws of the State of Nevada which is a private foundation as defined in Section 509(a).
