NV Rev Stat § 75.020 (2014) What's This?
Deliver or delivery means any method of delivery used in conventional commercial practice, including, without limitation, delivery by hand, mail, commercial delivery and, if authorized in accordance with NRS 75.150, by electronic transmission.
