NRS 701B.440 - Category defined. [Effective through December 31, 2013.]
Category means one of the categories of participation in the Wind Demonstration Program as set forth in NRS 701B.580.

NRS 701B.440 Category defined. [Effective January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2025.] Category means one of the categories of participation in the Wind Demonstration Program established by the Commission pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 701B.580.
