Chapter 701B - Renewable Energy Programs
NRS 701B.280 - Participation in net metering. [Effective through December 31, 2013.]
If a solar energy system used by a participant in the Solar Program meets the requirements of NRS 704.766 to 704.775, inclusive, the participant is entitled to participate in net metering pursuant to the provisions of NRS 704.766 to 704.775, inclusive.

NRS 701B.280 Participation in net metering. [Effective January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2025.] To be eligible for an incentive through the Solar Program, a solar energy system must meet the requirements for participation in net metering pursuant to the provisions of NRS 704.766 to 704.775, inclusive.
