NRS 689A.190 - Extended disability benefit.

NV Rev Stat § 689A.190 (2014) What's This?

Any health insurance policy may contain a provision for payment not exceeding $500 as an extended disability benefit upon the insured s death from any cause, which benefit shall not be construed as life insurance.
