NV Rev Stat § 689.455 (2014) What's This?
Burial merchandise means those items normally supplied by a cemetery authority under a preneed sales agreement, including urns, memorials, scrolls, vases, foundations, bases and other similar merchandise, but does not include the sale of space for interment, entombment or inurnment.
