NRS 604A.075 - Licensee defined.
NV Rev Stat § 604A.075 (2014) What's This?
Licensee means any person who has been issued one or more licenses to operate a check-cashing service, deferred deposit loan service, high-interest loan service or title loan service pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
