NRS 561.405 - Rural Rehabilitation Fund.
NV Rev Stat § 561.405 (2014) What's This?
The Rural Rehabilitation Fund is hereby created as a special revenue fund in the State Treasury for the use of the Department in carrying out the provisions of NRS 561.425 to 561.465, inclusive.
