NRS 561.149 - Depositions.
NV Rev Stat § 561.149 (2014) What's This?
In all cases where the Director is required or authorized by law to proceed upon a verified complaint, the Director, or the Director s deputy so authorized by the Director, may take depositions, within or without the State, as the circumstances of the case may require.
